The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 has been pushed through the House of Representatives and some version is now in the Senate. Whatever your political views are, there is going to be some form of "Stimulus Plan" pushed onto the American people. Why not be smart about it and use this as an investment opportunity for research and due diligence? I think this is a perfect opportunity to see where Congress is spending taxpayer money and where its to be deployed. Granted they don't spell it out in black and white, but one can compile a picture and capitalize through smart stock picks.
