Monday Blues

I've established a position in Tenaris SA (TS). This stock trades on the NYSE and has been moving up/down in accordance with oil prices. I believe this stock will break out as oil prices continue to increase. I believe the nice weather back east has been a driver of oil prices and uncertainity. However, as the weather begins to shift to "winter" the oil prices will increase, which will benefit Tenaris.
